First, check the amount of IP addresses you have been given. Then, do the following:

• Check your Domain name registration.
• If you are requesting email accounts, compile a list of the email account requests and passwords for your ISP.
• Make sure you have all of the equipment you will need to set-up your network to your DSL line. Typical equipment may include a Network Interface Card (NIC) and appropriate cabling. Depending on your network set up, a main server or hub may be utilized. Check your IT department or ISP for details.
• Have a corporate phone bill handy. This way you can be sure the Phone Company has the same information. Remember to include suite numbers and floor numbers to further denote the location. Please make sure you have complete IP address and domain registration information.
• Know where the phone closet is. The Telephone Company will need access to it during their install.
